Equipment Marine &ampamp Diesel (EMD) is a strategic segment of Alfa Laval with a marketing and sales support organization of more than 60 people in 8 countries. Now EMD needs a new person for the joint function of EMD Regional Module Manager, APR and FCM Regional Marketing Manager. As EMD Regional Module Manager, APR you are part of EMD Module Management group, and responsible to: --Support sales of modules through AL China and all other Asian Pacific sales companies. --Approve projects and orders placed with and processed through E&ampampS Shanghai； --Follow up on profitability of module business. As FCM Regional Marketing Manager, APR you are part of FCM Business Unit and responsible to: --Support FCM business in the Sales Companies of your responsibility. --Develop, together with SCs, regional strategies aiming to achieve defined FCM business goals. --Contribute to the FCM global product strategy including pricing and product development. --Follow up on profitability of FCM business in the Asian Pacific Region. --Interface with EMD Sales team Shanghai； You will report to the EMD Module Manager/ FCM Business Manager based in Monza. Qualifications: --University graduates, major in marine engineering / mechanical； --5+ years working experience in equipment sales in marine industry, working experience in shipyard will be preferable； --Good FCM and HSS technical skills and system knowledge； --Good command of spoken &ampamp written English； --Open-business oriented, organized, good negotiation skills --Problem solving minded, dynamic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
